These terms apply to heritageandhope.net, tickets.heritageandhope.net and our online forms, which are operated by Heritage and Hope Inc., a Florida nonprofit organization (“Heritage & Hope”, “we”, “us”). By using these sites, buying tickets or donating, you agree to these terms.
Tickets
- Prices are shown before checkout. Sales tax is added only where a price says “+ tax”. We add no booking fees.
- Each event’s page shows its refund policy, and that policy applies to your order. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
- A ticket is for the event and date shown. You can change the name on a ticket from your tickets page until the doors open.
- Each ticket’s QR code admits one person, once. Keep it private: if a copy is scanned first, that copy is admitted.
- Events take place rain or shine unless we announce otherwise. If we cancel an event, we refund the ticket price.
- Performers, schedules, vendors and other event details may change.
- We may cancel tickets that were bought fraudulently, by automated means, or in breach of these terms.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable. They are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows. When a ticket includes goods or services, your receipt shows the deductible amount.
At our events
Please follow the instructions of our staff and the venue’s rules. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund. We may take photos and video at our events and use them to share our work. If you would rather not be featured, please tell a member of staff.
Using our sites
Please do not misuse, overload or attack our sites, scrape them, or use bots to buy tickets. Our names, logos and content belong to Heritage & Hope and may not be used without our permission.
Disclaimers and limits
Our sites are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new date.
